This sweet little house is adorable. Almost at the end of the street. All one level. Big kitchen! Stove, Dishwasher & Microwave all new within the past 5 years. That living room with the big picture window, hardwood floors and recessed lighting! So cozy. Three bedrooms, and the primary bedroom is good sized! A king-sized bed will fit in there! There is a covered deck off the back of the house facing east. Sit out there and have a cool beverage at the end of the day, or start your day with a cup of coffee back there. The back yard is mostly fenced and there's off alley parking back there. Then there's the cute guest house out back. Depending on how you use the space, it could be a one bedroom, or a studio with a large closet. Rent it out to supplement your mortgage payment or keep it for when visitors come. Hot tub does not work but could be repaired. Sauna condition is unknown.
